Spare time? Hattie’s hiking club. I live near the peak district and love a good walk when I have the time. And food! Forever a foodie myself and my partner Jake are always seeking out our next meal. Yum. Currently eating our way around manchester, reccomendations welcome!

I opened my chocolate shop in the autumn of 2021. It’s come a long way since then. All the DIY and rennovations were done by myself, my partner Jake and any friends and family that were willing. (Thank you!)
Before owning the chocolate shop, I could be found working as a pastry chef as The Duncombe Arms in Derbyshire. Whilst working here the dreaded pandemic hit and all the staff, including myself were placed on furlough. It was whilst stuck indoors that I started my online chocolate business and what started off as something to pass the time soon snowballed into something that I could make a living from. Woohoo for the love of chocolates!
These days I don’t solely focus on chocolates but have brought in some of my other loves such as celebration cakes and patisseries. Big plans are in the pipeline so keep following my journey to see what delicious delights I whip up next!.
